Job summary

DSG is seeking a HVAC Counter Sales Associate in Aberdeen, SD for a full-time, hourly role. You will assist customers at the City Desk with order placement and fulfillment, and support warehouse duties as needed.

A successful candidate typically has 2+ years of college/technical schooling in HVAC or 3–5 years of field HVAC experience, plus strong communication and ERP system skills. DSG offers ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of college/technical school in HVAC or 3–5 years field experience in residential/commercial HVAC.
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilitator for customer orders at the City Desk.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide quotations.
• Write or fill orders accurately and timely.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Restock counter area and monitor inventory.
• Maintain a clean, appealing counter display and support warehouse duties.
