Bosch is hiring a counter sales associate to directly assist customers and drive sales at our branch in Marlborough. The role includes handling customer orders, looking up parts, and supporting warehouse activities, while upholding safety and service standards.

As part of the Bosch Home Comfort Group, you will work with a team to ensure delightful customer experiences and accurate order fulfillment, with opportunities to grow in a global HVAC solutions company.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• HVAC industry background and forklift experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• As the daily face of the company to our customers, it is imperative to ensure they have a positive experience, while maintaining safety, quality, and other policies and standards.
• Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience.
• Process customer orders, look up parts, warranties, and related inquiries.
• Coordinate with shipping, credit, billing, and other departments to deliver service.
• Assist in warehouse duties such as loading/unloading deliveries and inventory control.
