Standard Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Counter Sales Representative to join our team. You will assist customers, process orders and quotes, support sales operations, and maintain an organized branch environment.

Key qualifications include a high school diploma, 5+ years in customer service, and HVAC industry experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems like Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus. The role is on-site with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, email, and web customers.
• Process quotes, sales orders, returns, and warranty paperwork accurately.
• Prepare and stage customer pickup orders.
• Communicate order status, arrivals, and backorders to customers.
• Promote HVAC products and assist customers with product selection.
• Support warehouse operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Prepare UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in after-hours rotation as needed.
