Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ years related experience in wholesale/retail.
• Front line customer service experience required.
• Strong POS, ERP, and Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• English proficiency and basic math skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products.
• Process quotes, warranties, returns, and other paperwork.
• Research products using catalogs, websites, POS, ERP systems; coordinate cross-branch sourcing.
