Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service by following Customer First standards, in person or over the telephone.
• Greet customers as they enter the branch and ensure commitments meet expectations.
• Enter customer orders in the system on the same day the order is received.
• Load orders into the delivery truck and assist customers with pickup or delivery.
