Plumbers Supply Co. in Fishers, IN seeks a Counter Sales Associate to be the first voice for HVAC contractors and facility managers. Bring solid product knowledge, stay calm under pressure, and close sales by explaining specs and alternatives.

You'll greet customers, recommend HVAC products, process orders and returns, track shipments, and answer technical questions. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years in HVAC sales, supply house counter work, or HVAC service or installation (preferred)
• Enough product knowledge to hold a real conversation with a working technician
• Initiative: you step in when a customer needs help without being told
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort being on your feet for a full shift and routinely lifting 50 lbs
