Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Cooling CE to install, commission, and service Liebert Air products. The role requires maintaining excellent rapport with customers, co-workers, and management, and staying in communication with area offices.

Responsibilities include on-site and phone support, adherence to safety and PPE, and timely reporting. Travel and occasional on-call work are expected, with opportunities to contribute to safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• HVAC certificate program degree or equivalent experience
• Six years military experience in a related field
• Equivalent industry experience with EPA refrigerant license

Responsibilities

• Render on site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform work-related tasks according to company guidelines for scheduled maintenance.
• Implement Field Change Notices according to published guidelines.
• Maintain safety guidelines and PPE.
