Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC certificate program degree or equivalent field experience.
• Six years military experience in a related field.
• EPA refrigerant license or equivalent industry experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge required.
• Interpersonal and professional demeanor.
• Reliable team player with strong communication.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Understanding of OHM's law and HVAC theory.
• Ability to perform site evaluations and report findings.
• Capable of basic fix/repair under supervision.
• Summarize and report work performed clearly.
• Strong troubleshooting, safety, and organizational skills.
• Competent with computer tools and documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude for field service tasks.

Responsibilities
