Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Cooling CE in the United States to install, commission, and service Liebert Air cooling systems at customer sites. You will establish rapport with customers and coordinate with area offices, ensuring safe operations and timely reporting.

Travel and physical fitness are required for field duties. You will perform on-site and remote support tasks, maintain certifications, and follow company guidelines for safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• HVAC – Certificate Program degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Six years military experience or related field experience.
• EPA refrigerant license or equivalent experience preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Rely on direction to accomplish goals.
• Perform a number of on-site service tasks.
• Capable of working under direct supervision or independently based upon training.
• Maintain certifications per Job requirements.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform work according to company maintenance guidelines.
• Keep current on safety bulletins and field notices.
• Provide accurate reporting and complete timecards and expense reports.
