Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States seeks a senior operations leader to oversee daily field technician teams in HVAC services, plan monthly routes, and drive profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.

You will lead teams, coordinate with sales, grow serviced accounts, ensure safety compliance, and mentor staff; a background in engineering or business and 5+ years in HVAC ops plus 3+ years in management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services.
• Three (3) years in a management role with responsibility for productivity and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities of field technician teams and plans monthly routes.
• Leads execution, ensures consistent delivery, and monitors business plans.
• Coordinates work with sales to support opportunities including installations.
• Ensures growth, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruits, hires and develops staff with monthly performance reviews.
