Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the field technician team and plan monthly technician routes.
• Analyze team performance and recommend changes to improve profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Supervise assigned teams and ensure developmental plans are in place.
• Coordinate the team’s work with sales to support opportunities, including installation opportunities.
• Ensure serviced account portfolios achieve growth, proper profit levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement plans to comply with HVAC standards and monitor performance against expectations.
• Lead service and installation review meetings, including bids and estimates for accuracy.
• Recruit, hire, and retain operational staff and support performance reviews.
• Use workforce management tools to support effective execution.
• Perform other managerial responsibilities related to business plans and customer satisfaction.
