Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent working experience.
• Five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services.
• Three (3) years in a management role with people development responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities of field technician teams and plans routes.
• Leads execution efforts, ensures delivery system consistency, and monitors plans.
• Recruits, hires and retains operational staff with clear performance expectations.
