Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in an operational HVAC role with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading field operations, planning workloads, and balancing service with financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of field technician team and plan monthly routes.
• Analyze performance and implement changes to improve profitability, safety and client satisfaction.
• Supervise teams with coaching and performance planning.
• Lead execution of business activities and ensure consistency across delivery systems.
• Coordinate work with sales to support service and installation opportunities.
• Monitor account portfolios to support growth and strong customer satisfaction.
