Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services.
• Minimum of three years in a management role with responsibility for others.
• Experience leading field operations and planning technician workloads.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to review performance and drive service/installation execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, integrity, and results for the team.
• Plan technician routes and workloads to optimize service delivery.
• Review bids, estimates, and operating data for profitability.
• Coordinate with sales for service and installation opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, and develop operational staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure contractual obligations and customer expectations are met.
• Support account management and KPI-driven improvements.
