Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services.
• Three years in a management role supervising teams and developing others.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day activities of field technician team and plan monthly routes.
• Analyze team performance and implement changes to improve safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise teams and ensure development plans are in place.
• Coordinate work with sales to support installation opportunities and growth.
• Ensure portfolios achieve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure HVAC standards and monitor performance against expectations.
• Lead reviews of bids and estimates for accuracy.
• Recruit, hire, and retain staff and support performance reviews.
