Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least eight years of experience, ideally in HVAC and control programming.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising technical or engineering teams.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and cost management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers responsible for hardware, software engineering, and network-level commissioning for various projects.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and uphold high ethical standards.
• Develop and communicate clear processes and standards for the team, focusing on removing obstacles and facilitating streamlined workflows.
• Provide precise engineering cost estimates during the project development phase.
• Encourage continuous improvement and problem-solving to enhance processes, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to foster trust and diverse insights, ensuring cohesive project execution.
• Lead the selection of controllers and devices to optimize installation costs and meet project specifications.
• Utilize financial and management reports to evaluate project success and make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing project development and execution.
• Maintain engineering excellence by maximizing reuse of proven designs.
