Qualifications

• Hands-on BAS/HVAC controls knowledge.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment schedules, control diagrams, points lists, and sequences of operation.
• Experience translating technical details into business value for contractors and building owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow contractor and customer relationships through site visits, discussions, demonstrations, and events.
• Qualify incoming opportunities and determine fit for standard package, semi-custom, or custom-engineering path.
• Review mechanical drawings, equipment schedules, control diagrams, points lists, wiring requirements, and sequences of operation.
• Build practical BAS/HVAC solutions for RTUs, FCUs, heat pumps, VAV/VVT systems, ventilation systems, and small hydronic systems.
• Support quotes for controller packages, bundled controls materials, subscriptions, training, and technical support services.
