Setpoint Systems Corporation in Littleton, CO is seeking an Application Engineer I to own and design Building Automation Systems (BAS) using Delta Controls, BACnet, and related technologies.

You will collaborate with Account Managers to prepare energy calculations, develop wiring diagrams, and create accurate as-builts as the team scales. This role offers growth within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
• 2+ years in HVAC, controls, or BAS design.
• Solid understanding of DDC, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of sophisticated building automation systems using Delta Controls.
• Produce wiring diagrams, floor plans, and as-builts with precision.
• Assist in budgets and energy utilization calculations to drive competitiveness.
• Interface with customers to extract requirements and guide technical proposals.
• Master Delta Controls, BACnet, and system optimization as you grow with the company.
