Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an on-site Project Leader to plan, implement, and complete digital HVAC control system projects for assigned customers. You will design hardware/software, coordinate installation, and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing costs, billings, and collections, pursuing change orders, and maintaining safety and compliance. Strong communication and independent work ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a technical Associates Degree with two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience in the HVAC industry.
• Must have relevant technical hands on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems.
• Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and complete control systems projects with assigned customers.
• Manage project financials including costs, billings and collections; pursue change orders.
• Coordinate communication with customers during all phases and ensure warranty execution.
• Provide guidance to subcontractors and technicians to meet contract requirements.
