Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet protocols.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and eligible for the fleet program.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to establish project intent.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate with the project team.
• Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.
• Review plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews.
• Assist the Operations Manager in subcontractor solicitation and contracting.
• Document project events and provide comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate and pursue billing and commissioning resources.
• Complete project close-out documentation and ensure safety compliance.
