Qualifications

• Associate degree required; able to work in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• HVAC controls industry knowledge; read MEP drawings and specs.
• 1+ year of project management experience; basic budgeting.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, Modbus and BACnet protocols.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license; eligible for Siemens fleet program.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small to medium projects with financial impact.
• Manage project schedule, resources, and subcontractors.
• Monitor billing, costs, and client satisfaction.
• Guide technical and administrative staff on project tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and change orders.
• Ensure safety policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
