Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment and support customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet protocols.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget for multiple small to medium projects.
• Manage billing, job costing, and customer satisfaction.
• Guide technical or administrative staff and coordinate subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; identify time-sensitive installation needs.
• Review plans, specifications, and cost reviews; pursue change orders.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Operations on billing and procurement.
