Qualifications

• Technical associate’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of HVAC/Controls field experience.
• Experience with system design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls.
• Ability to explain technical material to non-technical audiences.
• Strong PC skills and knowledge of control theory.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site projects: plan, execute, and complete control systems projects.
• Manage project finances: costs, billings, and collections.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Ensure safety standards and warranty execution.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to technicians.
