Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.

• HVAC controls industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specs, electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
• Familiar with Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet protocols.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple small-to-medium projects with financial impact up to $2.5M.
• Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Oversee billing, vendor contracting, and change orders.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
