Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment supporting customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical experience in HVAC controls industry.
• 1+ years of experience managing projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC applications; ability to read MEP drawings and control wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and fleet vehicle eligibility.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small to medium projects with financial impact.
• Lead technical or administrative staff on projects.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost reviews.
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials
• Support commissioning and close-out documentation.
• Manage project billing and change orders as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
