Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a skilled HVAC/Controls professional to integrate, configure, and commission building systems on customer sites. You will write control logic, configure DDC systems, develop graphics, and support on-site startup while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 7+ years HVAC/controls experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices, a valid driver's license, and experience with DDC systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 7+ years HVAC/Controls experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• Experience with DDC controls systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate & configure building systems into a unified control platform using protocols such as Trane, Tridium, Distech, BACnet, LON, or Modbus.
• Program & Commission systems and test control logic to meet design specs.
• Develop/configure graphics, support on-site startup, and integrate mechanical equipment.
• Setup primary customer interface, including graphs, accounts, trending, alarms, paging, and reporting.
• Act as SME to ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing controls integration at the site.
• Coordinate with team and customers to understand requirements and schedule installation/repairs.
• Enforce safety standards and manage assets and inventory.
