Johnson Controls invites you to apply for an HVAC Controls Internship designed to provide hands-on experience in our Building Automation Systems organization. You will work with engineers and field teams to support design, programming, commissioning, and operation of building control systems that create smarter, healthier, and more sustainable buildings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Interest in HVAC, building automation, or construction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• US citizen or authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Assist with design and configuration of building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Develop system flow diagrams, sequences of operation, network layouts, and BOMs.
• Assist with programming, testing, and troubleshooting BAS software.
• Coordinate project documentation, drawings, and equipment schedules.
• Support material ordering and project documentation processes.
• Participate in controller loading, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Support integration of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and fire safety.
• Document field changes and assist with as-built drawings.
