Job summary

Divcon is seeking a Lead Service Technician to provide hands-on on-site service, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Delta Controls BAS across client sites in Texas. You will work with Field Service Manager and engineers to ensure reliable system operation and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Delta Controls or similar BAS platforms.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC equipment and BAS field wiring.
• Strong troubleshooting and field diagnostics skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Experience with remote monitoring or service desk environments.
• Leadership and coaching ability to mentor technicians.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and control drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of Delta BAS.
• Support commissioning, system startups, and testing under guidance.
• Respond to service calls, alarms, and customer issues promptly.
• Document service activities, findings, and resolutions in system.
• Coordinate with customers on access, scheduling, and service completion.
• Lead and mentor technicians; assist with quotes for service work.
