Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC industry and control theory from design to commissioning.
- Experience with building automation systems and subsystems.
- Ability to relate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with computer software relevant to engineering and controls.
Responsibilities
- Designs, configures, and commissions building control systems and HVAC controls.
- Develops software programs and tests to ensure proper operation of the control system.
- Creates drawings, BOMs, network layouts, and electrical schematics as required.
- Coordinates submittals, drawings, equipment schedules, and material deliveries.
- Provides field change information and supports as-built documentation and commissioning.
