Johnson Barrow is seeking a technically proficient Construction Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution of commercial HVAC projects. The role covers equipment release to commissioning, coordination with engineers, contractors, and owners, and ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.

Ideal candidates travel to job sites, manage submittals, and interface between manufacturers and customers, while maintaining safety and project standards. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or mission-critical construction.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, mechanical plans, and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; highly organized and self-directed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project delivery from equipment release through commissioning and warranty closeout.
• Interpret drawings, schedules, and specs to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Prepare, submit, and review submittal packages meeting engineering requirements.
• Track project progress using PM tools and commissioning software.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify receipt, staging, installation, and integration of HVAC equipment.
• Plan and oversee equipment startup, functional testing, and commissioning.
• Document issues, drive resolution, and manage closeout requirements.
• Ensure field activities comply with safety standards and manufacturer requirements.
