Job summary

Johnson Barrow is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of complex HVAC projects, coordinating equipment, commissioning, and warranty activities. The role interfaces with Johnson Barrow, manufacturers, engineers, contractors, and building owners to drive milestones and resolve field issues.

The position is office- and field-based with frequent travel to job sites and a competitive compensation package tied to performance, including a bonus and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or mission-critical construction.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, mechanical plans, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; able to manage deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from equipment release through commissioning and warranty closeout.
• Interpret drawings, schedules, and specs to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Prepare, submit, and review submittal packages; coordinate with engineers, contractors, and owners.
