You will interact with engineers, contractors, and building owners on field sites, managing submittals, logistics, and startup activities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or mission-critical construction.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, mechanical plans, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, customer-facing, and conflict-resolution skills; act with urgency.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable for meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Ability to interpret technical and contractual language; comfortable with commissioning and project management software.
