Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct site walkthroughs to verify readiness for rough-in and trim.
• Resolve punch list items and coordinate repairs to maintain momentum.
• Approve subcontractor invoices by validating work against project phases.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and document change orders.
• Develop strong partnerships with builders' superintendents for issue resolution.
• Enforce safety protocols across all job sites for a secure work environment.
