• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to verify readiness for rough-in and trim phases, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Manage the resolution of punch list items and necessary repairs to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the approval of subcontractor invoices by validating completed work against project phases.
• Facilitate inspections with local jurisdictions and manage documentation for field-identified change orders.
• Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with builder superintendents to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Enforce rigorous safety protocols across all job sites to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proven experience in HVAC, multi-family construction, or field supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for project tracking and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in construction management or HVAC production.
• HVAC trade school certification or relevant technical training.
• Completed college coursework in construction management or a related field.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
