G Mechanical Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to the finished structure, interfacing with customers, field personnel and construction professionals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC project management experience, strong communication skills, and basic knowledge of the Ohio Mechanical Code. Proficiency with computers and procurement processes is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC project management experience.
• Excellent communication and written skills with clients and field personnel.
• Basic Ohio Mechanical Code knowledge and computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Interface with customers, field personnel and construction professionals.
• Coordinate turnovers, COs, RFIs, submittals and close-out processes.
