Job summary

Trane Technologies invites students to join a 12-week Summer internship program focusing on Construction Project Management across North America. You will explore a career in PM while supporting engineering programming and material selection, working closely with a Project Manager to deliver objectives.

Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, with sophomore year completed before start. The program may lead to our Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the full duration of the internship.
• Sophomore year completion required before start date.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects; set schedules and parameters.
• Support engineering programming and material selection.
• Assist budgeting and forecast accuracy for projects.
• Collaborate on RFQ scope statements and milestone dates.
• Communicate with contractors and internal teams on scope and issues.
