Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by identifying and advancing opportunities in service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital solutions.

You will build trusted advisor relationships to optimize building assets, reduce operating costs, and improve lifecycle performance across New Jersey, with a field-based role centered in Clifton.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in commercial HVAC sales or related roles.
• Experience selling service agreements, repairs and modernizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in field-based environments across NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and expand relationships with clients.
• Track sales activities and manage pipeline in CRM.
• Close renewals and secure service agreements with customers.
• Present at seminars to generate opportunities and drive account growth.
