Snipps Heating & Air Conditioning in Montrose is seeking a Comfort Specialist to run in-home appointments and design the right residential HVAC system for homeowners. The role requires technical HVAC expertise, load calculations, and strong sales skills, with ServiceTitan proficiency preferred.

You will manage opportunities from first appointment to close, present tiered options, and enroll customers in maintenance memberships. Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions is offered.

Formación

• Technical residential HVAC experience: you can size, design and explain a system with confidence.
• Experience performing load calculations.
• In-home or outside sales experience, ideally in residential HVAC.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, a reliable vehicle, and personal auto insurance.

This is an outside sales role for someone who knows HVAC. You'll need technical residential HVAC experience, including load calculations and system design. Pay is a $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission based on gross profit.

Snipps Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned HVAC company in Montrose, serving the Western Slope since 1996. We're growing our residential system sales and hiring a Comfort Specialist to run in-home appointments and design the right system for every homeowner.

What You'll Do

• Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners throughout our service area

• Perform load calculations and design residential HVAC systems

• Present good/better/best options and close sales

• Enroll customers in maintenance memberships at the point of sale

• Hand complete, accurate job packets to our install department

• Manage every opportunity in ServiceTitan from first appointment through closeout

• Work company-provided leads and generate your own

What We're Looking For

Compensation

• Full-time, exempt

• $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission based on gross profit
