Snipps Heating & Air Conditioning in Montrose, CO is seeking a Business Development Representative to sell membership plans for HVAC maintenance programs. You will target property managers and existing customers, enrolling them in residential plans and growing your book of business.

No HVAC background required; full-time with uncapped commissions. You will need sales or business development experience, strong communication, and a drive to expand our membership base across Montrose and nearby

This is a sales role. No HVAC or technical experience is needed; we'll teach you the plans. Pay is a $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.

Snipps Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned HVAC company in Montrose, serving the Western Slope since 1996. We're growing our membership programs and hiring a Business Development Representative to sell our HVAC maintenance memberships.

What You'll Do

You’ll sell Snipps' membership plans through two channels:

• Business-to-business: sell our premium membership plan to property management companies that care for high-end homes in the mountain ski villages
• Residential outbound: call existing Snipps customers in Montrose, Delta, Ouray, Ridgway and surrounding areas and enroll them in our residential plans
• Prospect, build and manage relationships with property managers
• Match each customer to the right plan and keep memberships active
• Build and grow your own book of business

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, business development, account management or customer-facing experience (B2B is a plus)
• Confidence making outbound calls
• Strong communication and follow-through
• No HVAC or technical background needed
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance

Compensation

• Full-time
• $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

• 48 hours of paid time off from day one, plus vacation that grows with tenure (one week at one year, two weeks at two years, three weeks at five years)
