The Role

As an HVAC comfort advisor - Sales Rep, your day starts by connecting with customers to understand their HVAC needs. You’ll visit homes or businesses to assess current systems, recommend upgrades, and offer energy‑efficient solutions. Using your expertise, you’ll prepare customized proposals, explain financing options, and guide clients from consultation to installation. You’ll collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless process, follow up with customers to provide exceptional post‑sale support and track your progress to meet (or exceed) your sales goals.

The Requirements for an HVAC Comfort Advisor - Sales Rep

• 2+ years of proven experience in HVAC or home improvement sales
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Work Schedule

This is a full‑time position based in Denver, CO, with a mix of field, office, and home‑based work. You'll visit customers in their homes or businesses, with occasional evening or weekend availability to accommodate their schedules.

Salary: $150000 - $350000 per year
