Mid-Florida Heating & Air is seeking a customer-centric Comfort Advisor/Sales Representative to analyze customer needs for HVAC equipment, create sales proposals, finalize the sale, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC experience and 5+ years of sales background.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of previous sales experience.
• 3–5 years HVAC air conditioning experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with solutions for HVAC and home comfort needs.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and create a customized HVAC system proposal.
• Travel daily to homes and businesses for on-site assessments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and complete sales.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and diagnose issues; explain repairs and options.
• Overcome objections and present quotes, prices, and credit terms.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Participate in sales activities such as trade shows and referrals.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
