Mid-FLA Heating and Air in Central Florida is seeking a Comfort Advisor to analyze customer needs, craft HVAC proposals, and close sales while ensuring post-sale satisfaction. Candidates should demonstrate strong sales acumen and customer focus.

The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC experience, ability to travel to client sites, and comfort with diagnosing systems and explaining options. Evening and weekend work is expected; licensure is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of previous sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with HVAC solutions and create customized proposals.
• Lead the sales process and ensure post-sale satisfaction and follow-up.
• Support business development through trade shows, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Overcome objections and communicate quotes, terms, and options clearly.
• Travel daily to homes and businesses to assess needs and complete installations or upgrades.
