Mid-Florida Heating & Air in Central Florida is seeking a comfortable advisor to analyze customer needs for HVAC equipment, create sales proposals, finalize sales, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC experience, strong sales skills, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Travel to homes and businesses daily is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of previous sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with solutions for HVAC and home comfort needs.
• Consult with customers to provide customized HVAC system solutions including maintenance programs.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to fulfill sales agreements.
• Follow-up with bids and leads to convert them into sales.
• Overcome objections of prospective customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Work evenings and weekends; travel to homes/businesses daily.
