Job summary

Bartlett Heating & Cooling in Marietta, GA is seeking a Comfort Advisor to meet homeowners, assess their needs, and present solutions that improve comfort while driving profitable sales. This role combines relationship-building with strategic selling in a fast-growing team.

You will sell HVAC systems, build trust, present financing and system benefits, close sales to hit revenue goals, and maintain an organized pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of producing revenue and hitting sales goals.
• HVAC sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• SELL HVAC SYSTEMS - run warm sales call leads whenever the customer is available
• Build trust and confidently guide customers through their options
• Present proposals, financing and system benefits
• Close sales and consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
• Follow up with customers and maximize every opportunity
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Document job details and communicate with our installation team
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training

Bartlett Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for a driven, proven sales professional who knows how to turn opportunities into revenue.

What You'll Do

As a Comfort Advisor, you'll meet homeowners, understand their needs, and present solutions that improve their comfort while driving profitable sales.

You'll:

• SELL HVAC SYSTEMS - run warm sales call leads whenever the customer is available

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of producing revenue and hitting sales goals
• HVAC sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Competitive, goal-oriented and motivated to win
• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
• Comfortable selling directly to homeowners
• Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline
• Valid driver's license
• Must live within 30 miles of our Marietta shop
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
