You will sell HVAC systems, guide customers through options, present financing, close deals, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while collaborating with installation teams and attending weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience required.
• Proven track record of producing revenue and hitting sales goals.
• HVAC sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Bartlett Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for a driven, proven sales professional who knows how to turn opportunities into revenue.

What You'll Do

As a Comfort Advisor, you'll meet homeowners, understand their needs, and present solutions that improve their comfort while driving profitable sales.

You'll:

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Must live within 30 miles of our Marietta shop
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
