Job summary

RCL Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners find the right heating and cooling solutions. The role offers uncapped commissions and company-provided leads, with a focus on delivering top-tier customer experiences.

You will educate homeowners on equipment, efficiency, and financing options, present estimates, and work with installation teams to ensure 5-star service while meeting monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; HVAC or in-home sales preferred.
• Strong closing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and take ownership.
• Comfortable with evening and weekend appointments.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend HVAC replacement solutions.
• Educate homeowners on equipment, efficiency, and financing options.
• Present estimates, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Follow up on opportunities and generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity in ServiceTitan.
• Work with installation teams to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
