Dave’s World in Edgecomb, ME is hiring a Comfort Advisor to help homeowners choose HVAC solutions. You’ll conduct in-home consultations, assess existing systems, and present tailored comfort options.

This role offers uncapped commission, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, a company-provided vehicle, and ongoing training. You’ll collaborate with installation, service and office teams for a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently ask for the sale.
• Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand comfort needs.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems for replacements and upgrades.
• Present customized heating, cooling, and IAQ solutions.
• Explain equipment options, pricing, and financing.
• Build trust and relationships through the sales process.
• Present recommendations and ask for the sale.
• Follow up to move opportunities toward completion.
• Maintain accurate CRM data.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with installation, service, and office teams.
• Represent the company with integrity and maintain professional appearance.
• Stay current on HVAC products and financing options.
