Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Clean driver's license.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Technical sales experience (preferred).
• HVAC sales experience (preferred).
• Experience within a related industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners throughout Frederick County, MD, Montgomery County, MD and Washington, DC to understand comfort concerns and opportunities.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
• Explain technical features in clear, relatable terms.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process and build long-term customer relationships.
• Document interactions and follow up on opportunities to move sales forward.
• Stay informed on latest products and technologies to deliver expert recommendations.
