Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, replace, and repair residential heating and cooling systems in Frederick and surrounding areas. A take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training support this hero, with a typical schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and one weekend on call each month.

The position offers a salary of $70,000-$120,000 per year plus commission and bonuses, with benefits including 50%

Qualifications

• HVAC Technician experience is required.
• Maryland HVAC license is required.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, replace, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Provide service in Frederick, MD and surrounding areas.
• Work on-call one weekend per month as scheduled.
