Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Clean driver's license.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Technical sales experience (preferred).
• HVAC sales experience (preferred).
• Experience within a related industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners throughout Frederick County, MD, Montgomery County, MD and Washington, DC to understand comfort concerns and opportunities.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
• Explain technical features in clear, relatable terms.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position supports customers throughout Frederick County, MD, Montgomery County, MD, and Washington, D.C.

As a Comfort Advisor, you'll spend your day meeting with homeowners throughout Frederick County, Montgomery County, and Washington, D.C., learning about their comfort concerns, answering questions, and helping them find the HVAC solutions that best fit their needs. You'll conduct engaging product presentations, explain technical features in a way customers can easily understand, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process. Along the way, you'll build meaningful customer relationships, document interactions, follow up on opportunities, and stay informed on the latest products and technologies so you can continue delivering expert recommendations that create confidence and long-term customer loyalty.
